Welcome to our centrally located home in College Park!
As a warm gesture, each guest receives a complimentary gift basket upon arrival. Explore nearby attractions like downtown center, Winter Park, and Universal Studios, all just minutes away.
This property boasts a pool with dual pumps, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fully functional kitchen. Step into the backyard oasis featuring a resort-style pool with water features, an 8-person hot tub with a swim-up bar, and a breathtaking waterfall effect. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a natural gas grill, ice machine and fridge, is perfect for entertaining. The house is equipped with a tablet to control the pool futures.
Pool and Hot Tub:
Enjoy unlimited use of the hot tub at no extra charge. If you wish to heat the pool, there is an additional $75 per day fee for heating the entire 24,000-gallon pool to 86 degrees (actual cost of the natural gas). If the air temperature is below 50° the heater can not be turned on. This is because the coils of the heater would freeze.
Kindly notify us in advance to ensure it is ready for your arrival. To maintain safety, please use plastic cups on the pool deck to avoid a $1,000 cleaning fee for broken glass.
Why the fee? Due to having to drain and professionally clean.
Pet-Friendly Policy:
Bring your beloved pets along for a delightful stay! We have a few guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. There is a $50 pet fee (includes 2) for the entire stay. Any additional pet is an additional $50.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds (a $200 charge applies for any evidence). Regrettably, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Clean up after your pets, and avoid them using the artificial turf to maintain a pleasant environment. Natural ground is available in the front and backyard. Thank you!
Guests and Extra Guests Policy:
Our pricing is based on 1-4 people staying at the home. If your group exceeds 4 people for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. There is a small fee of $25 per night for each additional guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all.
Other Important Information:
For security purposes, the front door and backyard area are monitored by exterior cameras. This is to prevent unauthorized parties and maintain the quality of our home.
No smoking indoors: $200 cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is permitted outside please discard the buts. This counts for cigarettes, marijuana, vapes etc.

Summary: This is a great property! Its location put us very close to everything we were doing (Universal, Kia Center, and restaurants). The pool is great! My only suggestion is to leave a list of things to do each day for pool maintenance (empty the filter basket, empty the vacuum baskets, etc) so that the leaves don’t overwhelm the pool. I figured it out as I went and it was fine, but if you aren’t familiar with pool care like me, it takes a little bit of investigation. Overall, great home, responsive hosts, great pool features, and fun kids rooms (my boys loved the space room).

Summary: Really great property. Beautiful pool / hot tub area. Really cool features such as the big ceiling fan in the family room, and all the extra tech. Large kitchen (didn't use it much, but you sure could and there was nothing missing) Owner was great to work with and helped change our booking from 2 to 4 people as we had some other friends that were going to stop by. Appreciated the beach towels for the pool area! Will be back!!

Summary: We had an incredible stay at this property! The pool area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful water features and ambient lighting that created the perfect vibe for relaxing evenings. Summary: My family loved this house!! All of the technology & extras made this more than just a place to stay. My husband, mother-in-law & myself loved the peaceful environment in the backyard, while my boys (ages 16 & 20) loved the pool & hot-tub. The host was quick to answer when we needed them.

Summary: What a unique home in such a quiet neighborhood! Even though I-4 is just a short way from the house, inside was pretty quiet and the neighbors were never heard from. Close to everything you want with a fully stocked kitchen, pool and hot tub. Beds were comfy!

Summary: Perfect getaway without leaving behind any comforts of home! Modern house, excellent bathrooms, comfy living areas and bedrooms, and the pool and hot tub are exactly as advertised! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, truly a pleasure to stay here. As with all houses, it's lived in so the floor under the sofa was a little dirty and the accumulated pet hair bothered my partner, but nothing we couldn't fix and I'm sure the hosts will take care of it too. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Summary: We loved this property! Having our own private pool, hottub and bar, with an icemaker, surrounded with bamboo was fantastic. The waterfall and gas firepit were really nice touches to a wonderful area. Inside the house was really nice. We used the MBR with the king size bed and connecting bath and were very pleased. The other BRs look great but since it was just my wife and I, and our dog, we kept them closed off so our dog wouldn't be exploring them. The kitchen was very nice and very well stocked with about everything one might need. The sunken bar outside did flood, about 3 - 3.5 feet of water after an extremely hard rain. I contacted the owners and Fabz was there the next day to drain it. It was really a pleasure to meet her and Fabz I am sorry I talked your ears off while you were working on it:) If we are ever back in the Orlando area we would definately try to stay here again. If your reading this and thinking about staying at this property, book it!
